Pricing & Payment
Our pricing structure is very simple and operates on the basis of an annual subscription per firm you add into your Firmrater account:
- £49.00 + VAT annual subscription for the first firm in your account
- £39.00 + VAT annual subscription for additional firms in your account
- Free for the first year if there are less than 25 firms in your business activity group (firms with the same primary business activity as yours)
- Free day-for-day subscription extension if your primary business activity group drops below 25 firms
- We will happily refund each full remaining month of a paid-for subscription if you decide to cancel at any time although we do cap refunds at a maximum of 9 months of the annual subscription to cover our administrative cost of early cancellation.
No payment is required to open an account.
You only pay, if applicable, when you complete and submit business data into the Firmrater system. We currently only accept payment by electronic bank transfer and we will activate your Performance Report service once we have received the correct payment.
